Grief is a sacred teacher.
As a human family, we are moving through profound layers of loss—some deeply personal, others felt across the collective. We grieve the death of loved ones. The end of relationships, marriages, or ways of life. We grieve lost dreams, shifting identities, and the ache of a world in transition. In this month’s Healing Circle, we gather to move through grief with presence, compassion, and shared humanity. Together, we will honor the cultural and spiritual traditions that guide how we grieve and heal—from ancestral rituals to embodied practices of release and remembrance.
Our time will include grounding rituals, guided reflection, and offerings from Sankofa’s trained peer facilitators, who will share practices, teachings, and wisdom from diverse healing paths.
This is a space of tenderness, and community care.
You don’t have to carry it alone. Come as you are. Leave gently held.
