Join us for a 4-week journey of mindfulness and connection in the Ubuntu Meditation Circle, held every Wednesday morning from January 8th to January 29th at 7:30 AM EST. This meditation circle offers a beautiful opportunity to cultivate or deepen your meditation practice in a supportive community. Each week, we will explore one of the core principles of Ubuntu—a profound South African philosophy that centers on our shared humanity and the interconnectedness of all people.

This 4-week meditation circle is designed to support both personal growth and collective well-being. Through guided meditation, you will have the chance to quiet your mind, reduce stress, and develop greater clarity and emotional balance. Practicing in community can deepen your sense of belonging, reminding you that you are not alone in your journey. Each session will provide space for reflection, insight, and connection, helping you to bring more mindfulness and compassion into your daily life.

Whether you are new to meditation or looking to strengthen your practice, the Ubuntu Meditation Circle offers a peaceful, nurturing environment to explore inner stillness, expand awareness, and cultivate a greater sense of harmony within yourself and with others.
