The Lotus Healing Circle is a safe, nurturing, and inclusive space designed specifically for women recovering from trauma. Rooted in the symbolism of the lotus flower, which grows in muddy waters yet blooms beautifully, this circle honors each woman’s unique journey of healing and resilience. Our sessions offer a place where women are heard, seen, and supported, allowing them to reconnect with their inner strength through mindfulness, storytelling, sharing circles, and holistic wellness practices. We believe that healing from trauma is both personal and collective, and through this community, participants can thrive as they embark on their path of recovery.
